CMIT Solutions St Louis is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer to join our managed IT services team in the St. Louis metro area. You will work with clients on upgrading networks, servers, and storage while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers broad exposure to multiple technologies, hands-on project work, and opportunities for certifications and career growth within a nationwide MSP network.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technology support role.
• Experience with MSP environments.
• Technology degree (associates or bachelors).
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend IT system upgrades including networks, servers and storage.
• Configure and set up network infrastructures.
• Resolve complex networking issues.
• Assist on projects beyond networking, including PC and Windows Server setups.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Demonstrate strong project management abilities.
