Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Senior Engineer I (ITSys) to manage day-to-day operations of internal systems, provide SME guidance, and mentor the Service Desk. The role covers telephony, cloud services, and security tooling, with on-call duties and cross-team collaboration.

You will design, implement, and optimize processes, manage vendor contracts, and contribute to the infrastructure roadmap while supporting end users and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk and IT Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot call center telephony systems (Five9, InContact).
• Proficient in Azure AD, MS InTune/MDM, SSO/MFA, identity management.
• Administer SaaS apps and Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage ServiceNow tooling and automation.
• Provide on-call support and guidance to the Service Desk.
• Develop reports and participate in IT projects.
