Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to deliver advanced support and routine maintenance for on‑prem and cloud IT services. You will automate processes, manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams, and partner with developers for integrations.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing security and backup practices across Azure and on‑prem environments, with after‑hours rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, automate Microsoft 365 / Office 365 licensing and billing administration.
• SharePoint administration: structure, storage, permissions, optimization.
• Microsoft Teams administration and support.
• Work with Azure infrastructure to review environment and identify improvements.
• Provide automation/scripts to increase system efficiency and document processes.
• Monitor systems for abnormal conditions and troubleshoot Microsoft platform components.
