Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a QA/Support Engineer on a 3-month contract to author and QA AI-driven automations for healthcare workflows. You will execute high-volume automation tasks, maintain documentation, and collaborate across product, engineering, and QA using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

We value fast ramp-up, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours, supporting both customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Fast ramp-up with attention to detail.
Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

Provide support and documentation.
Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
Contribute to improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
Create structured technical and process documentation.
Use GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to maintain project alignment.
