Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to translate complex business needs into scalable system specifications and technical tasks across multiple initiatives. You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure clear requirements and delivery readiness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years in systems analysis, with a track record of defining interfaces, data models, and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications; experience with system integrations and data flows.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system specifications.
Define processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for cross-functional use cases.
Ensure traceability from business requirements to delivered solutions.
Provide guidance on interfaces, data transformations, and architecture considerations.
Mentor analysts and support backlog readiness across teams.
