Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications ensuring development teams have clarity to implement complex solutions.
• Translates highly complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level use cases.
• Ensures requirements and specifications are complete, high quality, and aligned with enterprise standards and traceable across programs.
• Advises on and influences solution architecture and design decisions.
