Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business and functional requirements into system requirements and technical specifications.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications and tasks for cross-system solutions.
• Translates complex business needs into scalable system requirements and specs.
• Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise use cases.
• Ensures traceability across requirements, design, and delivered solutions.
• Reviews system interfaces, data transformations, and integration points.
• Advises on solution architecture and design decisions.
• Provides guidance to support backlog readiness and multi-team refinement.
• Evaluates risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; supports prioritization.
• Ensures alignment with product direction and QA/engineering testing strategies.
• Mentors analysts and leads cross-team design discussions.
