Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an IT Systems Analyst Advisor to lead the analysis and translation of complex business requirements into comprehensive system specifications across multiple initiatives. You will collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure clear guidance for delivery.

The role emphasizes defining data structures, interfaces, and data transformations, plus risk assessment and tracing requirements to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications.
• Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications and technical tasks, ensuring development teams have sufficient clarity to implement complex and cross-system solutions.
• Translates highly complex and ambiguous business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, exception handling, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level or cross-functional use cases.
• Ensures system requirements and technical specifications are complete, high quality, and aligned with delivery needs and enterprise standards.
• Defines, reviews, and provides guidance on system specifications, including data structures, interfaces, integrations, and data transformations.
