Job summary

You will define processing logic, data flows, interfaces, and non-functional requirements, partner with Architecture and Engineering, and guide cross-team design discussions to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis and translation of complex business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications across multiple initiatives.
• Leads the creation and review of detailed technical specifications and technical tasks, ensuring development teams have clarity to implement solutions.
• Translates highly complex business needs into scalable system requirements and technical specifications.
• Defines processing logic, validations, and expected system behavior for enterprise-level use cases.
• Ensures requirements and specifications are complete and aligned with delivery needs and standards.
• Defines and documents data structures, interfaces, integrations, and data transformations.
