Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to keep the corporate technology environment secure, reliable, and easy to use. You will monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure, manage access, and provide hands-on support for employees and executives.

You will help standardize tools and processes, onboard new staff, maintain office tech, and partner with HR on access reviews and security. This role combines technical depth with executive-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or infrastructure operations, including direct end-user support.
• Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID, and Windows and macOS devices.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and wireless.
• Experience with endpoint management and monitoring tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including comfort supporting senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance, availability, and capacity of servers, networks, cloud services, and core infrastructure; investigate alerts, resolve incidents, and elevate to vendors as needed.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups across Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID, and business applications, following least privilege and approval standards.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and promptly remove access for terminated or transferred employees in partnership with HR.
• Provide priority technology support for the executive team and corporate office, including devices, meetings, travel setups, and board and committee presentations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for user and endpoint support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and mobile device issues.
• Manage endpoint configuration, patching, antivirus, encryption, and mobile device management to keep devices secure and compliant.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, equipment provisioning, system access, and technology orientation.
