Job summary

Novatae Risk Group is seeking a Sr. IT Systems Administrator to own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise SaaS platforms.

You will lead platform migrations during acquisitions and oversee design, security, governance, and day-to-day operations across collaboration and productivity tools. Reporting to the CTO, you will manage Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, Defender, and policy-based controls while coordinating with IT infrastructure and support teams to keep systems secure,

Qualifications

• Senior IT Systems Administrator with ownership of the M365 tenant and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on leader for platform migrations and integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborates with CTO and IT teams to maintain secure, well-documented cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, security, governance and daily operation of the M365 tenant; Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online and Defender.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant and platform migrations for acquired entities from planning through cutover.
• Administer ITSM (ServiceNow); manage Zoom telephony/meetings and Adobe Admin Console; ensure licensing efficiency and compliance.
