Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, seeks a Cloud Administrator to join our Technology team. This senior role administers Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and related technologies across a multi-site workforce. You will drive security, recoverability, and operational excellence in a hybrid cloud environment.

The position emphasizes hands-on administration, collaboration with business teams, and continuous improvement of IT services and the digital workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/related field.
• Minimum 5+ years IT experience with Microsoft cloud/infrastructure.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud/on-premises.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints, Defender technologies.
• Strong Windows Server administration incl. AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Hyper-V and failover clusters.
• Experience with backup/recovery technologies and testing.
• Proficient in PowerShell for admin tasks and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 E5 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage Entra ID, MFA, and single sign-on integrations.
• Oversee Intune and endpoint management; ensure security and compliance.
• Administer Azure infrastructure and Hyper-V environments; monitor health.
• Lead backup/recovery; coordinate DR planning and testing.
• Support Freshservice ITSM platform and workflow automation.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure automation.
• Mentor teammates and drive reliability, security, and efficiency improvements.
