Job summary

MIRATECH in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to serve as the senior escalation point for US IT operations. You will own complex incidents end-to-end, mentor the help desk, and partner with global teams to improve reliability, security, and performance of core systems.

You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus enterprise networking and virtualization, requiring 7–10 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 7–10 years in IT support or sysadmin for critical infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on expertise across Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure, networking.
• Strong communication to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 3 escalation for US Help Desk and complex incidents.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, GP, Hyper‑V.
• Design, monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across US sites.
• Manage M365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and policy enforcement.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes with cross-team collaboration.
