Job summary

MIRATECH in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage MIRATECH product development projects across functions. You will attend checkpoints, lead meetings, align plans with lifecycle strategy, and communicate scope, schedule, and technical details. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Success requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining customer focus and delivering on budget/quota targets.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or a relevant major from an accredited college/university.
• 6–10 years of project management experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Skilled at creating/maintaining Gantt chart–style schedules.
• Detail oriented while able to see the big picture and customer relationships.
• Customer focused with ability to manage multiple large to complex projects.
• Able to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Attend checkpoints, gates, and all relevant weekly meetings for product development projects.
• Schedule and lead product development project meetings and produce minutes/action items.
• Ensure alignment of project plans with overarching lifecycle strategy.
• Proactively communicate scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.
• Familiarize with MIRATECH product line and processes.
• Provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes affecting schedule and cost.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Engineering, and Production on budgets and tracking.
• Identify potential issues early and coordinate resolution before escalations.
• Review technical deliverables before release and ensure document flow.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors with MIRATECH production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
