Job summary

Custom Glass Solutions, LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a Systems Administrator/Helpdesk Specialist to balance hands-on IT maintenance with end-user support. The role focuses on uptime, security, and performance of server, cloud, and network infrastructures, while guiding staff with effective technical assistance.

The candidate should automate routine tasks, document procedures, and contribute to ERP system administration, security practices, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated IT support, helpdesk escalation, or systems administration.
• Experience with Windows Server and workstation administration.
• Knowledge of AD/Entra ID, GPOs, SSO, and cloud services (365, Google Workspace).
• Scripting with PowerShell; basic report design with SSRS/Crystal Reports.
• Understanding of network fundamentals, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade on-prem servers, cloud directories, and networking gear.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, security, or connectivity.
• Manage identity and access, user permissions, and security policies.
• Create scripts to automate routine tasks and system maintenance.
• Perform regular backups and verify data recovery procedures.
• Document procedures and develop internal knowledge base articles.
• Provide ERP support for FeneVision platform.
• Generate operational, financial, and inventory reports using SSRS/Crystal Reports.
