Job summary

Magee Resource Group is partnering with a niche-leading client to hire an IT System Administrator. This role serves as the senior-most escalation point for end-user technical support, and you will take ownership of issues through escalation, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.

The successful candidate will deepen their understanding of the systems and the people who rely on them, ensuring reliable operation in hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem) and familiarity

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop OS, M365 application and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem).
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune or similar MDM platforms).
• Ideally experience with tools common in AEC or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
