Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an IT Systems Administrator IV to join our Sterling, VA IT team. This role provides advanced administration across AD, Exchange, Azure, VMware, and networking, with a focus on high availability, security, and incident leadership.

You will diagnose complex issues, mentor junior staff, and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. A strong bias toward proactive monitoring and best practices is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and support for servers, AD, Exchange, and cloud resources.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex infrastructure incidents and coordinate with IT teams.
• Mentor junior administrators and contribute to technical standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Drive system upgrades, security hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
