Centurion Health seeks an experienced Software Application Developer IV to join our IT team in Sterling, VA. You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications supporting clinical workflows and interoperability with EHR systems.

You will work across a hybrid technology stack, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and modernize the platform using Azure cloud deployments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API, and development platforms.
• Solid understanding of Spring boot, .Net and various DevOps tools on cloud infrastructure, especially Azure.

Responsabilités

• Design and build full-stack web applications using Java and .NET MVC frameworks.
• Integrate web applications with healthcare APIs and services (e.g., FHIR, HL7, EHR systems).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and Clinical informatics experts.
• Participate in architecture and design sessions around interoperability and system integrations.
• Maintain and modernize legacy systems while contributing to new applications in a microservices environment.
