Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an IT Systems Administrator IV for its Sterling, VA corporate office. This full-time role requires leading the administration of enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and Azure environments.

You will monitor systems, manage Windows servers, AD, SCCM, and backup solutions, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.
• 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience supporting complex environments.
• Advanced certifications (AZ-104, Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, CCNA, Security+ or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, IIS, GPO, PowerShell; design, deploy, troubleshoot enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure, hybrid infra, VMs, Entra ID, VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, storage, monitoring, backup and site recovery.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and hybrid on-prem/cloud integrations.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, OS deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup technologies (VMware, Veeam) and DR/BC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitors enterprise infrastructure and ensures system availability and performance.
• Administers endpoints and core infrastructure services across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Acts as senior escalation point for Tier 3 incidents and coordinates cross-team remediation.
• Configures, maintains, tests, upgrades, and documents infrastructure platforms; creates runbooks and KBs.
