Job summary

Penfield Children's Center in Milwaukee, WI seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage daily system performance, maintain cloud and network infrastructure, and ensure secure access to organizational systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems administration in cloud, network and server environments.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID.
• Manage on‑prem and cloud identity, licensing, and MFA.
• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, patching and hardening.
• Administer Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs, including hybrid sync with Entra ID.
• Support HIPAA security controls and audit readiness.
