Job summary

Concept Plus, a mission-focused technology solutions provider serving federal agencies, is seeking a Senior System Administrator for on-site support of a client system in Santa Clara, CA.

You will handle network troubleshooting, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and hardware support, ensuring secure access, reliable email, and smooth conference room operations. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fully on-site support at client office locations.
• Ability to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain Public Trust Clearance (Clearable).

Responsibilities

• Provide network troubleshooting and support for LAN/WAN.
• Manage user accounts and OU placement in Active Directory.
• Administer Google Workspace including SSO/2FA issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals on workstations.
• Resolve network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues for endpoints.
• Support Google Meet hardware and room systems.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base.
• Handle license management and software asset tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and support.
