Job summary

Actalent, Inc. seeks a Senior System Administrator to manage employee IT services and drive process improvements for client environments. The role requires effective customer service, project execution, and forward-thinking IT strategy across multiple locations and divisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, strong leadership, and coaching skills, with knowledge of Windows, Entra/Azure/Intune, Office, CAD software, and a BS degree in a related field. ITIL is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user assistance for client workstations and applications.
Troubleshoot IT issues using root-cause analyses; manage platforms incl. Windows, Entra/Azure/Intune, CAD software.
Participate in asset procurement for client infrastructure projects.
Oversee ITSM processes, report metrics to IT management.
Lead or participate in multiple projects; align with goals and timelines.
Perform supervisory duties: interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
