Job summary

The position emphasizes problem-solving, client communication, and independent work across Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical support, network and server management, and systems engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and client interaction ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage server and cloud infrastructure including Hyper‑V/VMware and Azure deployments.
• Handle IAM configurations, migrations, and Microsoft 365 engagements.
• Configure security controls and incident remediation in cloud and endpoints.
• Document infrastructure and audit networks for improvements.
• Provide direct client-facing technical support and troubleshooting.
