Job summary

Magee Resource Group is partnering with a niche-leading client to hire an IT System Administrator. This role acts as the senior escalation point for end-user technical support, taking ownership of issues through escalation and ensuring thorough understanding of systems to help users.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical staff, works in a hybrid environment, and applies expertise in Windows, M365, and Azure AD/Entra ID to keep systems reliable.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop OS, M365, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem).
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune or similar MDM).
• Ideally experience with tools common in AEC or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
