Job summary
Lithia & Driveway seeks an ITS Senior Technology Specialist to provide advanced Tier 2 IT support across nationwide locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, and telephony, delivering VIP and executive-level assistance.
8+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of ITIL principles, and experience mentoring others are required. Will travel to support on-site initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT support experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Call Center environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Apple devices, networking, business apps, mobile devices and telephony systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles; ITIL certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support across Lithia & Driveway locations nationwide.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile, and telephony issues.
- Deliver VIP and executive-level support.
