Job summary

Priceline is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a senior IC role in our Corporate IT team. The position supports endpoint devices, collaboration tech, conference rooms, and access-related operations with a focus on VIP stakeholders.

You will lead initiatives, coordinate across internal teams and vendors, and drive improvements in reliability, onboarding, and documentation while maintaining high service quality. The role is hybrid with two days in-office in Norwalk, CT.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint operations, and employee technology services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT support initiatives involving endpoint deployments and device migrations across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Own advanced troubleshooting for conference room, Zoom Room, display, and collaboration tech to restore service quickly and improve reliability.
• Serve as senior escalation point for employee IT issues across hardware, room systems, peripherals, and productivity tools.
• Provide white-glove support to executives, assistants, and VIP stakeholders during high-visibility meetings and events.
• Support onboarding, access, and provisioning workflows with laptop builds, MFA enrollment, and application access.
• Create end-user guidance and training materials for common tools and workflows.
• Coordinate hands-on work across local and remote teams to keep projects moving across dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to standardize support processes and improve documentation and efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot endpoints, identity, collaboration, and office tech environments.
• Help improve stability and scalability of employee technology services through proactive problem-solving.
