Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Report on help desk health and ticket metrics.
• Train staff on new product and service technologies.
• Mentor team members and enforce incident management guidelines.
