Job summary

Keros Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team. This hands-on role covers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and end-user management across Windows devices and SaaS platforms.

You will mentor junior staff, resolve Level 2 issues, provide VIP support for executives, and help advance security, lifecycle processes, and policy automation in a biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT support, service desk, or end-user computing experience.
• Hands-on administration across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and SaaS platforms.
• Executive or VIP support experience, with discretion, urgency, and strong customer service.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, laboratory systems, regulated environments, or change-control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and approved SaaS platforms.
• Mentor junior technicians on troubleshooting, administration, and service standards.
• Provide discreet, high-touch VIP support for executives and designated users.
• Complete onboarding, offboarding, and access management across accounts and devices.
• Develop and automate policies, standard operating procedures, and security practices.
