Job summary

System One is seeking a Contract IT Support Specialist to join an enterprise IT team onsite in Washington, DC. You will handle Tier 2/3 issues, support device deployments, and contribute to a structured, process-driven environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, provide onsite and remote support, document workflows in ServiceNow, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

4+ years of enterprise IT support experience (end-user computing).
Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, hardware and peripherals.
Experience in a ticket-driven environment (ServiceNow preferred).
Familiarity with IT service management concepts (Incident/Request/Problem/Knowledge).
Able to pass Public Trust background requirements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced desktop/end-user issues (hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity).
Provide onsite + remote support for laptops/desktops, collaboration tools, and standard enterprise apps.
Triage and prioritize tickets by urgency/impact to minimize downtime.
Serve as escalation point for junior technicians and improve ticket quality.
