The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, 2+ years in a senior/L3 role, and strong Windows Server/AD, network, virtualization, and cloud skills (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years in a senior/L3 role.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server/AD, network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Advanced certifications preferred (MCSE, CCNA, Azure Administrator, CISSP).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MSP ticketing systems and RMM tools.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Tier 1/2.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain server environments, network solutions, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including server migrations, security upgrades, and new network installations.
• System Security & Maintenance: Implement, monitor, and maintain security protocols, patches, and backups.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Guide junior technicians, improve team technical skills, and create detailed technical documentation.
