Job summary

AGS LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician III to own the full employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to access management, across endpoints and identity platforms. The role supports both corporate users and warehouse operations, serving as a senior escalation point and driving efficiency with modern tooling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT support, strong AD/Entra ID, and hands-on Intune experience, plus familiarity with JSM, Windows/macOS, and warehouse tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, hardware deployment, and access management.
• Administer IAM, endpoint management, and device compliance using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Manage Jira Service Management (JSM) queues, SLAs, workflows, and knowledge base content.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, printers, and end-user devices.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex desktop, network, and application issues; act as escalation for Tier I/II.
• Support warehouse technology, including handheld scanners, barcode readers, mobile computers, label printers, and related apps.
• Coordinate repairs and lifecycle management for warehouse tech assets; escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN connectivity per standards.
• Perform system administration tasks: accounts, permissions, endpoint security, policy enforcement.
• Support remote/hybrid workforce tech: device provisioning and secure access.
