You will diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues, support Microsoft 365, configure network equipment, and handle help desk tickets both remotely and onsite. A proactive, client-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Set up and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless networks, and firewalls.
• Support Microsoft 365 and other common business technology platforms.
• Respond to help desk tickets and client service requests timely and professionally.
• Provide remote and onsite client support.
• Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Aim to resolve 90%+ issues on first contact and maintain 98%+ client satisfaction.
