COURSER is seeking an IT Support Services II to join our dynamic IT team in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on second-tier technical support, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to IT projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and networking, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional user service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3–5 years of IT support or system administration in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, macOS, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in system administration of servers, workstations, and cloud environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices.
• Respond to user requests with excellent customer service and positive experience.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and configurations.
• Mentor junior IT support staff and share best practices.
• Participate in IT projects, software deployments, and system upgrades.
• Monitor IT systems and networks for performance and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Track incident trends and report root causes and resolutions.
