Job summary

C3EL is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver Tier 2/3 deskside support in Washington, DC. The role includes imaging, deployment, asset management, and Windows 11 with strong user interaction skills. Proficiency in Windows and MAC environments, Active Directory, and ITSM tooling is required.

The candidate should be capable of independent work, be comfortable leading small projects, and travel to field sites as needed. U.S. Citizenship and NBIS Public Trust eligibility are mandatory.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance by completing NBIS
• Minimum of 7 years of related deskside support experience
• Travel to various field sites required; reliable independent transportation
• HDI Technical Support Professional required within six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside end user support including imaging, deployment, asset management, and Windows 11
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and MAC environments
• Manage and document incident progress in ITSM systems
• Assist in leading small projects and team efforts
• Support Office 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and Active Directory
• Set up conference room / VTCs and remote tool support
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and maintain SLAs
