Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join the Headquarters team. The role provides Tier 2–3 support for complex hardware, software, and network issues, with mentorship for junior staff and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include configuring desktops and mobile devices, maintaining enterprise standards, and supporting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and security tools. Travel up to 25% is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years IT support or related experience.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Data Sys+, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2–3 support for complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Serve as escalation resource for junior technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure prompt resolution of service requests and identify root causes.
