Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide elevated technical expertise across our technology infrastructure. You will handle advanced troubleshooting, manage AD, Intune, M365, Google Workspace, and oversee endpoint management and security integrations.

Based in our schools, this role collaborates with IT leadership on projects, documents solutions, supports devices lifecycle, and assists with network and server-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred in an information technology-related field.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Workspace Administrator.
• Minimum 3-5 years IT support experience, including elevated support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated troubleshooting for IT issues escalated from Level I support.
• Manage and support wired/wireless networks and related infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain endpoint management, AD, Intune, M365, and Google Workspace.
• Provide basic server support for print, imaging, and related services.
• Document processes and support regional technology projects.
