Larimer County is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join the IT Device Services team. This full-time, on-site role supports a variety of devices and technologies to ensure county employees have reliable tools.

You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and AV systems, manage device lifecycle, and participate in technology implementations with cross-functional teams. A strong customer-service mindset and IT experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Five (5) years of experience in information systems and technology or similar duties.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
• IT-related or ITIL certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, responsive, customer-focused technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, network access, and performance issues.
• Maintain analog/VoIP phones, video conferencing, and AV systems.
• Assist with software installations, upgrades, and licensing compliance.
• Plan technology implementations and cross-functional projects.
