vTech Solution is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to deliver end-user technical support and maintain reliable enterprise IT operations. You will resolve hardware and software issues, configure systems, and ensure smooth daily IT service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking, plus experience with iOS and Android devices and MFA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 6+ years of IT support, service desk operations, or troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

Experienced IT Specialist responsible for delivering end-user technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and maintaining reliable enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account access, password resets, MFA, and identity-related tasks

Required Skills and Certification

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT support, service desk operations, or troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
• Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to resolve basic and complex technical issues across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with MFA, endpoint protection, and secure data handling
• Understanding of ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
