Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst III to deliver advanced technical support and maintain IT systems across office and field environments, including OT systems critical to energy infrastructure. This senior role operates as a technical escalation resource and leads infrastructure initiatives.

You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and network connectivity while driving security and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT support, systems administration, or equivalent.
• Advanced Windows and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD) skills.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, remote sites, distributed workforces.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoints, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Experience with backups, DR, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex hardware, software, and network issues across sites.
• Escalation point for service desk and junior IT staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers.
• Manage AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, and identity solutions.
• Monitor LAN/WAN/VPN and remote connectivity for offices & sites.
• Support OT systems and SCADA in energy projects.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of apps and infra.
• Lead patching, deployments, OS upgrades, backups, and DR tests.
• Create documentation and SOPs; maintain diagrams and configs.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and field ops on projects.
• Travel to sites for on-site support and deployments.
• Mentor junior staff and guide projects.
