Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead escalation and hands-on IT operations for our LA HQ and North American manufacturing sites. You will own endpoint lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, automation, and vendor coordination while standardizing IT across the company.

You’ll work with the Sr Infrastructure Administrator and Sr Service Desk Specialist to keep systems running, resolve complex issues, and implement ITSM processes in a rapidly scaling

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows, MacOS, mobile devices and office technology.
• MS 365 administration (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams).
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
• Identity management (SSO, MFA, ZTNA) and IdP tooling.
• Experience with manufacturing environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior onsite escalation lead for endpoint, identity and system issues.
• Provide hands-on support for Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, SaaS apps.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Google ecosystem issues.
• Implement secure remote admin workflows for remediation.
• Participate in ticket queues, incident response, and on-call schedules.
• Collaborate with plant managers to address production tech issues.
• Coordinate repair and integration of manufacturing devices.
• Travel to facilities in North America as needed.
• Help standardize IT infrastructure supporting plant operations.
