Job summary

Element U.S. Space & Defense is seeking a Sr IT Support Specialist in Camden, AR to serve as the primary escalation point for end-user support, infrastructure operations, and enterprise technology services.

The role supports a wide range of IT systems, including end-user devices, servers, networking equipment, security technologies, cloud platforms, and business applications. On-site position with up to 25% travel and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
• Experience with network infrastructure, printers, and endpoint devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and applications.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage support requests, prioritize tasks, and meet service levels.
• Mentor junior IT staff and promote best practices.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support remote users and cloud-based applications and VPN services.
