Job summary

Casey’s Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Senior IT Desktop Support Analyst - Client Services to lead end-user technology initiatives across the enterprise. You will combine endpoint engineering, automation, analytics, and executive support to improve productivity, security, and reliability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and PowerShell automation, plus strong collaboration with Security and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive IT support experience with increasing technical responsibility.
• Ability to lead complex technical problem solving across endpoints and end-user computing technologies.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and device management.
• Expertise supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience developing PowerShell automation for endpoint administration.
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical resolution and RCA for endpoint, VDI, mobile, and collaboration issues.
• Serve as bridge between Service Desk, Client Services, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Security.
• Mentor analysts to raise technical capability.
• Lead or support technology refreshes, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Use ServiceNow dashboards and Power BI to identify trends and improve service delivery.
