Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to anchor the IT Services team in Charlotte, NC. You will own the onsite service experience, escalate complex hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate with Infrastructure and Security.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on IT support, strong Windows/M365 and macOS knowledge, and experience with Intune and Jamf. AI tools like Copilot will be part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on IT support with ownership of complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Windows/M365 and macOS expertise with endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite service experience for Charlotte office, including escalation for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Mentor Tier 1/2 technicians and lead in queue to meet SLAs.
• Lead AI-enabled support tools adoption and automation to speed resolutions.
