Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer to design, operate, and evolve our global enterprise infrastructure. This hands-on role requires broad expertise across cloud, networks, identity, and endpoint management to deliver reliable, scalable platforms.

You will drive changes, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in incident response, and contribute to long-term automation and standardization efforts with tools like Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on design, deployment, and support of Azure-based infrastructure and identity tools.
• Experience with cloud, endpoints, and security-focused infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Execute production changes in line with change management standards.
• Troubleshoot operational health issues and participate in incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise initiatives.
• Develop automation and IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and standards.
