Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support across corporate and field teams. You’ll be the primary contact for IT issues, delivering timely resolutions for devices, apps, system access, and general troubleshooting.

The role focuses on hands-on experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools while delivering strong customer service to office and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Help Desk or End User Support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Intune.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and application issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support for employees as needed.
• Manage support tickets from intake through resolution.
• Prioritize requests based on business impact and SLAs.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations.
• Assist with setup, imaging, configuration, and deployment of devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Assist with password resets, MFA, and Azure AD access.
• Escalate advanced issues to senior IT resources or vendors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base and SOPs; identify recurring issues for improvements.
