Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field and four years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Associate's degree in related field and six years of IT experience including four years in maintenance and administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of equipment deployment, configurations, and issues encountered.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
• Plan and coordinate installation/relocation of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Maintain communication with IT teams, department heads, and end-users.
• Lead and participate in ITD ticket support and problem resolution.
