Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computing and communications systems.
- Lead and participate in IT asset deployment, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate hardware/software installations and relocations across departments.
- Provide end-user support and escalation for ITD tickets.
