Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst 3 to support a medical facility in Warrenton, VA, with additional remote Veterans Benefits sites. You will manage IT devices, apps, and network issues for a ~200-device environment and assist IT management with administration and integration tasks.

The role requires strong Windows, O365, and mobile device skills, plus a solid ability to troubleshoot network and security-related problems. Travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows OS, O365, Edge, Chrome and IT asset management.
• Ability to document changes and create procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; occasional light travel.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/technical support to a medical facility and remote sites.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, devices, printers, and mobility devices.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, network protocols, and security awareness.
• Manage tickets, document solutions, and report issues.
• Assist IT management with IT program integration and administration.
