The University of Iowa Health Care Information Services seeks a Senior IT Support Consultant to provide advanced IT hardware support, configuration, and installation for daily operations across UI Health Care locations, including UI Community Connect sites. You will manage projects, inventory, and scheduling with emphasis on clinical systems and printing environments.

The role offers hybrid work within Iowa, annual review of remote work arrangements, and opportunities to support both on-campus

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 2016/365.
• Experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working with desktop hardware/software in an enterprise IT setting.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and plan hardware and printer configurations for clinical and departmental environments.
• Install and document complex hardware setups for clinical systems.
• Maintain inventory records and ticket documentation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation as needed.
• Assist with project administration and support across UI Health Care sites.
