Iowa Hospital Association is seeking an IT Support Technician to help operate and improve technology infrastructure across the organization. You’ll manage laptops, devices, software, and cloud services while maintaining security, uptime and user-friendly systems.

The role emphasizes execution, collaboration with IT leadership, and ongoing staff training to ensure reliable technology aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent required; MCP preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support/tech role experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations and peripherals.
• Support software installations, updates, and cloud/network environments.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain conference room AV equipment and related services.
• Assist with security, data privacy and incident response practices.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing technical orientation for staff.
